Delete your My MDD account
Mobile Diesel Diagnostics (MDD) provides two ways to request deletion of your My MDD account and associated personal data.
From the app
Open Account settings → Delete account, confirm your signed-in email, type DELETE, and submit. Your request is saved for manual processing by MDD.
Open account deletionWithout the app
Email jeff@callmdd.com with subject “My MDD account deletion”, preferably from your account email. No installation or sign-in is required for this email option. We verify ownership before deleting data. Do not send passwords, payment card details or remote-access credentials.
What happens next
MDD manually processes verified requests within 30 days and emails confirmation when deletion is complete. Submitting a request does not immediately delete your account.
Deletion covers your login, profile, saved setups, customer-linked cases, inquiries, messages, uploaded files and booking data. We verify completion across the systems that hold your data.
What is retained
Limited invoice records are retained separately with restricted access for five years from the actual Stripe invoice issue date. Deleting your account does not restart that period. Specific records subject to a legal hold or retention obligation are kept only as required, with any applicable exception explained to you. Stripe has independent retention obligations. Backup copies expire under provider schedules and must not restore deleted data to active use.
