What do I need ready?

How it works

From problem to live help.

  1. Choose your time.

    Select an available appointment and a session length in My MDD: 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, at $100 per 30 minutes.

  2. Tell us what’s happening.

    Complete your intake with the problem and your setup. Add photos or fault codes if helpful.

  3. Pay to confirm. Connect.

    Review your booking and pay securely to confirm your appointment. Have your computer and TeamViewer ready at the scheduled time.

Before you start

A few common questions.

Is this only for trucks?

No. We help with diesel engines in trucks, off-road machines, generators, air compressors, and light towers. Tell us what you are working on.

What if my computer or adapter won’t connect?

We can help troubleshoot that live. Your diagnostic software or adapter does not need to be working, but the computer must have internet access with TeamViewer downloaded and open.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

One reschedule with at least 3 hours’ notice. Customer cancellations, missed appointments, and unused time are nonrefundable. If MDD cannot deliver, choose another time or a refund.

Where do my notes and results go?

Your session notes, messages, and findings stay in your case in My MDD. The same account holds your tool and training inquiries.
